Most students don't engage with enough problems to get a good feel for the logic.) A related point, I think it's a crime that Statistics majors aren't required to take at the very least MATH 347.
It’s doable but you need to do lots of self learning on the way. Unless you want to do data related role, stats major isn’t helpful for software engineering roles. The reality is that 80% of your time is wasted on learning things you won’t need. Switch to a math major if you don’t want to deal with data and prefer SWE.
