Squidpy is a tool for studying tissue organization and cellular communication using spatial transcriptome or multivariate proteins data. It offers infrastructure and methods for storing, manipulating and visualizing spatial omics data at scale.

Squidpy. Squidpy provides efficient infrastructure and numerous analysis methods that allow to efficiently store, manipulate and interactively visualize spatial omics data. Squidpy is extensible and can be interfaced with a variety of already existing libraries for the scalable analysis of spatial omics data.

This dataset contains cell type annotations in anndata.Anndata.obs which are used for calculation of the neighborhood enrichment.
