Set chrome as default browser

From my testing, if a user doesn't already have Chrome set as the default browser in System Preferences>General>Default Web Browser, once a user opens Chrome they are not prompted to select the default browser without first having to click the Set as Default button anyway. Meaning, it's the same as doing nothing at all.
