Reschedule comlex

The March 20th letter says that all rescheduling fees for Comlex have been cancelled and I don't see anything in the other letters that says they are going to reinstate them. I saw the notice that the rescheduling fees were back but I rescheduled within 3 weeks of my test date and didn’t get charged.
