Plex smart collection

Smart Collections sometimes don't edit AT ALL not just the title. I tried adding a description to a collection & it wouldn't save. But I do find myself able to edit Smart Collections some times, but not others. I tried restarting Plex, something that has, in the past, worked, but it didn't.
