Phenotype calculator

We've written this Phenotype Predictor tool to visualize and verify the statistical model that others have published. YSEQ has not contributed any phenotyping data or created any statistical model by ourselves. We have observed that the results derived from the used models can sometimes be misleading or even plain wrong.

But if only one of you has a recessive blue-eye gene, and the other has two brown, dominant genes, then there is a less than 1% chance of the baby having blue eyes.Frailty index = Present deficits / Measured deficits. We might describe the frailty index as a ratio of health deficits present in a given patient vs. the total number of deficits considered in a given study. If our patient suffers from 5 out of 40 measured deficits, we may say that his frailty index equals FI = 5/40 = 0.125. Count the number of each kind of genotype present and convert it into a Punnett square ratio. In our example, you would count the number of YYs, the number of Yys and the number of yys and represent this as a ratio. Let's say we find 1 YY, 2 Yys and 1 yy; the ratio would then be 1 : 2 : 1. This is the genotypic ratio, the relative proportion of ...In a lot of tests that I have taken and some calculators that I have put my coordinates usually indicate a significant amount of viking ancestry, could this so called "viking" ancestry be mistaken for anglo saxon DNA, because genetically, the Saxons and Vikings were very similiar. ...
