This was over 2yrs ago with 900+ miles on my sons, 1200+ miles on mine, and zero issues with both scooters. Even the original batteries still charge and put out the same or similar levels as day 1. These scooters are built solid. My sons scooter was folded in the driveway and was accidentally ran over by a guest backing out.
