Splitty customer service said they needed to take it to the "Team" but never tried to change the room to a Double after numerous attempts in calling Splitty customer service and being put on hold. They tried to blame Super 8 - it was Splitty who indicated to Super 8 that I should have a SINGLE room. TERRIBLE customer service! Fraud company. I booked hilton hotel through this site. Hilton had a technical problem with the swimming pool and at check in I was given the option to cancel booking with no fees as the advertisement included a swimming pool.
