Botw 60fps yuzu

BOTW floaty gameplay help on 60fps. This is my first time using yuzu. I set up everything and I installed the 60fps mod. The game seems to run stable 30fps without the mod. With the mod on it goes on average 34fps and doesn't look laggy but it is very "floaty" and delayed. It doesn't matter whether the settings are ultra low or high.

How much difference does ram make. Compare like ddr4 3200 vs good ddr5 6000. Or is the bandwidth issues more cache and pci-e.
